Thank You, Grace Foster, W6ULW

On March 2, 2026, PRARC presented Grace Foster, W6ULW, with a Certificate of Appreciation honoring her generous donation of HF transceivers to the club, given in memory of her late husband, John “Tom” Foster, N6FVY (SK).

The certificate reads, in part:

We honor John’s enduring legacy of service, leadership, and dedication to Amateur Radio – including his organization of Field Day activities, service with ARES, leadership as Southern Monterey CERT advisor, construction of the communications trailer still serving today, instruction in amateur radio licensing and CW operation classes, and mentorship of countless new operators. We gratefully acknowledge his lasting impact.
